Auditions for Monday and Tuesday have been cancelled due to the Fulton County Schools closings related to the Irma weather and safety concerns.
All students who have signed up for an audition on Monday or Tuesday (and any still desiring to sign up for an audition) may send an audition video in lieu of the live audition. Auditions can be video recorded on phones, devices, computers, or cameras. Verify quality of your video prior to uploading it to YouTube. Students should record two major scales of their choice and two excerpts (60 seconds of each) of contrasting styles. Upload your audition video (as one composite video) as an unlisted video on YouTube and send the YouTube link with your name, grade, and school via email submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. Audition videos submitted by Thursday, Sept. 14 at 6pm will be given full consideration.
Audition fees will be billed electronically and sent via email to the address submitted in the registration information.
A roster will be posted on the website on Saturday. The parent meeting and first rehearsal will commence as scheduled on Monday, Sept. 18th.
